The heart of this work is music, expressed through the piano, his favorite instrument. The scene depicts an ancient and abandoned piano, now fused with the surrounding nature. Despite the passage of time and the vegetation invading its interior, bringing new life to it, the instrument never ceases to play, moving on its own in an invisible harmony. The setting is a verdant expanse, adorned with elegant daisies and lapped by the waters of a stream.
The profound meaning of the work lies precisely in its contrast with time: although forgotten and overwhelmed by nature, the piano preserves its soul intact, continuing to fulfill the noble function for which it was created.
